Pioneer Employment Service Employment Support Officer’s assist people with a disability to maintain employment and assist those people to develop personal, social and educational skills and so enhance their value in the community.
PIONEER EMPLOYMENT SERVICE EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT OFFICERS:
• Have experience in the retail, hospitality, trade, education or community sectors.
• Are lateral thinkers with good problem solving skills.
• Have a desire to assist people achieve their goals.
• Work on a part time or casual basis including some weekend and after hours shifts.
• Possess a manual drivers licence and a registered, insured vehicle that can be used for work purposes.
• Are hands-on workers and are able to quickly learn to perform a variety of physical and administration based tasks.
• Are friendly team players willing to learn new skills.
• Are competent with Microsoft Office programs including Explorer, Outlook and Word.
